What “Renewed” means at Al Saada

A Renewed product is an original-brand item that was opened, returned or used before. Before we sell it, our team:

1. Checks the body and screen for damage
2. Powers it on and tests every main function (and battery health for phones)
3. Cleans it and checks the accessories
4. Photographs the actual item — any marks are shown in the photos

Every Renewed item comes with a 3-month Al Saada store warranty on functional faults, and can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery. See the full Returns & Warranty policy.
