Delivery
We deliver across all seven emirates. One delivery fee per order: the fee for the largest item in your cart, for your emirate (see the table). The exact fee is shown at checkout before you place the order.
We confirm availability and the delivery time on WhatsApp before dispatch. Please check your item when it arrives (see the Returns & Warranty policy).

- Free delivery on orders of AED 300 or more when all items are small or medium.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay in cash when your order arrives.
- Bank transfer: after you order, we show our bank details. Send the transfer screenshot on WhatsApp with your order number; we prepare your order once we see the payment.
- Card payments are coming soon.
All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. Every order comes with a tax invoice.
