Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Al Saada Tr LLC, Industrial Area 6, Sharjah, UAE, through alsaadatr.ae or WhatsApp.

Products and condition

Every product is labelled New or Renewed. New = unused, in original packaging. Renewed = previously opened, returned or used, then inspected, tested and cleaned by our team. Renewed items may show minor cosmetic marks, which we show in the product photos.

Prices

Prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. Online prices apply to online and WhatsApp orders with delivery and may differ from in-store prices. The delivery fee (and any cash-on-delivery fee) is shown before you place your order.

Orders and availability

Our products also sell in our store, so we confirm availability on WhatsApp before dispatch. If an item is no longer available, we cancel it (or offer a swap with your agreement) and refund anything you already paid.

Payment

Cash on delivery, or bank transfer. Bank-transfer orders are prepared once we receive the payment.

Delivery

We deliver within the UAE. Please check your order when it arrives.

Returns and warranty

Returns, refunds and warranty follow our Returns & Warranty policy, which is part of these terms.
