This policy explains what personal information Al Saada Tr LLC (“Al Saada”, “we”) collects through alsaadatr.ae and WhatsApp orders, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), emirate, area, address or map pin, notes, and the items you order.
• Bulk & trade requests: name, company, phone, email and the products you ask about.
• Technical data: your cart is saved in your own browser. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them.

Why we use it

• To process, confirm (on WhatsApp), deliver and support your order, including returns and warranty.
• To issue tax invoices and keep the records UAE law requires.
• To answer your questions and trade requests.
• To improve our website, only with your consent for analytics.

Who we share it with

Only with the companies that help us run the shop: our delivery partner (name, phone, address), our website hosting and database providers, and our email provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as UAE tax law requires (at least 5 years). Other requests are deleted when no longer needed.
